but are not limited to, providing services to you, data analysis, marketing and promotions, payment

processing, compliance with legal obligations, and other related activities. You also acknowledge that

such data transfers may involve the transmission of your data to other jurisdictions, where data

protection laws and regulations may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Rebate shall take

reasonable measures to ensure that any data transferred to these Third Parties is handled in
